Componentry provides supply chain management services for electronic materials and components, as well as PCB assembly and sourcing. We may modify our services at any time, with updates posted on our website.

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
Use of Our Services

Quotation and Order Process
Componentry provides quotations for electronic materials and services upon request. Prices, lead times, and specifications are subject to change based on market conditions and availability. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation terms may apply, as outlined in individual order agreements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order by providing written notice to Componentry before the order’s scheduled fulfillment date. However, any cancellation is subject to a fee to cover costs incurred up to the cancellation date. These costs may include sourcing, handling, or non-recoverable fees.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: Componentry reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion if there is a breach of agreement, non-payment, or if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify the Customer promptly and provide options for resolution or refunds as applicable.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for orders canceled before significant processing has occurred. The amount of any refund is determined on a case-by-case basis, accounting for incurred costs such as component sourcing and production fees.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom products, specially procured components, and partially completed orders are generally non-refundable due to their specific nature. Refunds for such items may be issued only if Componentry determines a reasonable basis for it.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within [15–30 days] of approved cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy
Eligibility for RMA
Componentry allows customers to request an RMA for products that meet the following conditions:
The product received is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
The RMA request is made within [15–30 days] of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the customer’s specific purchase terms.
The product has not been modified, tampered with, or otherwise altered post delivery.
RMA Process
Requesting an RMA: Customers must contact Componentry’s customer service team at customerservice@componentry.io to request an RMA. Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documents (e.g., photos).
RMA Approval: Once we review the request, we will provide an RMA number if the return is approved. This RMA number must be included with the returned product to facilitate processing.
Return Shipping
Responsibility: The customer is generally responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to Componentry unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Packaging: Returned items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Componentry is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Inspection and Resolution
Upon receipt, Componentry will inspect the returned product to verify the issue. If the product is found to be defective or non-compliant with specifications, we will, at our discretion:
Repair or replace the item, or
Issue a refund or credit as appropriate.
Non-Qualifying Returns
Products returned without a valid RMA number, or that do not meet the eligibility criteria, will be ineligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Such products may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Componentry website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Componentry or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties
